“Everyone in Colorado deserves the opportunity to make a Liveable Wage!”
Liveable Wage NOW is an innovative talent program for the workforce of tomorrow’s economy.
The critical gap solution equals training and support for rural or underserved Coloradans to receive education on the benefits and “how to” of remote and online work using new skills and updating current skills. Highlighting the benefits of formal 1099 and freelance work instead of “grey market” work or under-the-table pay. Enabling them to create a financial footprint and awareness of expanded opportunities for this underutilized and untapped labor force.
Our mission is to support all Coloradans looking for a modernized work solution to create a fair living wage that supports themselves and their families - connecting rural with urban, upskilling with opportunities, and communities with potential. By enabling workers' physical and employment mobility through short-term transitional and long-term full-time work placement opportunities, we provide workers with advancement potential. We serve populations in urban, suburban, and rural areas across the entire state of Colorado and spread the word, far and wide across the entire state, via Economic Development Offices, Workforce Centers, Community and State Colleges, and targeted social media, regarding upskilling, training, educational, and work opportunities to bring living wage skill-based work to every Coloradan seeking it. We're a bold new approach to workforce collaboration.
